McDonald’s takes hygiene management seriously in all areas of our restaurants to ensure that our customers can visit McDonald’s with peace of mind.We take seriously the responsibility to ensure health and safety in our restaurants from man-agement to preparation and selling of food. In addition, audits are conducted periodically by a third-party professional institu-tion to ensure that health and safety manage-ment is properly implemented at our restaurants.IntroductionOur PlanetAs part of our focused approach to food safety and secu-rity, each of our nationwide restaurants is equipped with a tablet installed with the “Digital Food Safety System” to conduct food safety checks daily.More than 30 items are checked efficiently and accu-rately through the use of the tablet device and Blue-tooth-ready thermometers.
