Of the approximately 210,000 crew members, more than 60% are under the age of 24. Work experience with people from diverse back-grounds presents a highly valuable experience and allows them to gain portable skills. We also want to operate restaurants where our customers enjoy their meals in comfortable settings while the values of each individual are being re-spected.
